Responsibilities:

• Mempersiapkan / menyusun kebutuhan tenaga kerja bulanan dan harian, meminta kebutuhan barang / bahan dan alat, membuat peta kerja program pemeliharaan.

• Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai pedoman kerja.

• Mengoptimalkan potensi produksi.

• Melakukan pengawasan aktivitas terhadap pekerjaan pemeliharaan rutin (land clearing,nursery) dan proses panen sesuai dengan prosedur dan persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan.

• Membuat analisa data dengan metode dan alat yang sesuai dan menyampaikannya kepada manager untuk ditinjau dan disetujui.

• Mengendalikan penanganan pemeliharaan dan panen sampai pabrik sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

• Melakukan evaluasi terhadap pencapaian sasaran mutu pada setiap bulannya.

Fungsi Pekerjaan:

• Memimpin tim kerja lapangan yang terdiri dari beberapa mandor dan pekerja lapangan, untuk melakukan pekerjaan spesifik di lapangan, misalkan panen buah, perawatan tanaman, polinasi, dan lainnya.
• Bekerja dengan target harian dan melapor kepada Assisten Kepala/Manager Estate.

Persyaratan :

• Usia kurang dari 30 tahun dan berbadan sehat.
• Minimal lulusan D3 Pertanian/Perkebunan dengan 2 tahun pengalaman setara, atau SMK Pertanian dengan 4 tahun pengalaman setara di perkebunan sawit.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Mandor Kebun.
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk memimpin.
• Ditempatkan di perkebunan/estate di wilayah Kalimantan Tengah.
• Catatan: Lulusan baru S1/D3 Pertanian atau Perkebunan dipersilahkan mendaftar untuk dididik sebagai Trainee Asisten Kebun.
